Hi
Ihave a macbookair M2 (1470x956) connected to a samsung LU28R55 (3840x2160)...betterdisplay suggest to use 2566x1440.... it is the best like this or any change is possible?... at the native resolution reading is impossible....I am really ignorant about this topic...thanks

Yes, you can enable flexible scaling and choose various other resolutions. Select one that gives you the most comfort.
