Hi there, it's not broken, you simply need to enable "Brightness Upscaling" in the app menu for the display (expand the menu). If you are using a built-in XDR display, then the toggle now by default enables native upscaling, which is superior, however will give you a 0-100% range. If you want the older software upscaling, you can disable native upscaling under the Built-in display's settings.
The reason for this is that from v3.3.0 upscaling is not enabled by default (based on some feedback), so if you never changed this setting. Of course if you enable it, the app will remember this.
