MacOS "Arrange Displays" not working properly after using BetterDisplay

In MacOS Sequoia 15.3, on a late 2020 MBP 13 inch, 16 gb RAM, using two external Dell monitors as extended displays (C2722DE, P2723DE), after installing BetterDisplay and clicking on >Move Display (one of the Dell monitors), something occurred to my "Arrange Displays" settings.

1. When selecting a display (whichever display), all screens go to black randomly (only when clicking on a display)
2. When selecting the built-in display, the red lines which usually outline and highlight a display are shown at random positions and not around the display but across it
3. this keeps happening even after resetting the app or exhaustive removal of the app

Any help is appreciated!

Hmm. I am not sure why that is happening. Is this an Intel MBP that is supports two external displays? Did you reboot after resetting everything? Try to move the displays around in System Settings and see if that fixes the issue.
