Unidentified sounds emanating from display for unknown reasons

Hi,
I have a MacbookPro M1 Séquoia. When I use BetterDisplay with my LG 32UN88AP-W.AEU, it makes loud and horrible sounds that is impossible to stop. Is there something I can do (or not…) ? Thanks

Hmm. Are you sure this issue is related to BetterDisplay? What kind of loud and horrible sounds? Do you have a recording maybe?

Yes I'm sure. It began when I tried to use BetterDispaly, and stopper when I stopped it. I can't record it.
I forgot to tell you that my connections are USBC (Mac) <=> USBC (LG). Am'I wrong ?

Not sure what it might have been. Maybe the display reacted erratically for DDC volume control (if you used it)? Or changing the display mode might have caused coil whine in the display for some reason. The app basically has no feature that could generate sound (I mean no such thing in the code), so I can't really think of anything else.

But this is an interesting feedback, first of it's kind, let's keep it open here to see if anyone else has a similar experience.

I'll try to look ma volumineuse control, or change the display mode.
