Where is the BetterDummy functionality in BetterDisplay?

Hey all,

Currently I'm using BetterDisplay Pro, which I bought. I figured I'd be able to create a dummy display since BetterDummy was absorbed into BetterDisplay - from what I could tell. However, I find no such option to create a dummy display in BetterDisplay. Am I missing something? It's so easy to create a dummy display for my headless Mac mini in BetterDummy, but I see no such functionality in BetterDisplay Pro.

Any tips here? Thank you!

Right after posting this, I gave it one last attempt to try and find the ability to create a dummy display, and finally figured it out. It's under Tools -> Displays and Virtual Screens. Finally! It was pretty hidden under a three-dot (...) menu.

Hi @PoppyS33d - yes, "Dummy" is not "Virtual Screen". The related functionality is the same (+ somewhat expanded).

You can also go to Settings/Displays/Overview where there is a section to create virtual screens. :)

You are of course, correct. I guess I was so used to the singular focus of BetterDummy that I got lost a bit in BetterDisplay!

In any case, thanks for the reply, and I'm most appreciative of this app, - it's just great.
