Cannot enable resolutions wider than 2560px/3072px/3360px HiDPI on my M4 Mac

I think I tried a lot of different options, but this wasn't a problem with my previous Mac. I have 2 Apple XDR displays and a new MacBook Pro M4 and I am having the most difficult time getting my favorite resolution, 3840x2160 to display as HiDPI. It just says LoDPI and everything looks pretty crappy. I've ran out of ideas and looking through everywhere to get this to work. With my MacPro 2019 this wasn't an issue at all. The highest HiDPI I can see now is only 3360x1890. Any ideas please?

Hello!
I started to see smth similar on my Display with default resolution as 3440 x 1440. It is also marked as "Currently available as LoDPI".
The maximum resolution on my side with HiDPI is 2048 x 858.
Previously (yesterday) it worked fine and I had HiDPI on default resolution but now smth changed. I thought maybe this became some part of PRO but seems this is not the case.
Also tried to play with configurations: added custom resolution, edited default one but still having this issue unfortunately.
Any help with that is highly appreciated!

Generally 3840x2160 HiDPI is not available with any M4 generation Mac on non-8K displays due to the new dynamic nature of how the system allocates resources. There might be exceptions maybe - when the system concludes that no other displays could be attached and there are resources left still for a higher resolution framebuffer. But normally the system allocates as low framebuffer size as possible, anticipating further displays to be connected and saving room for those.

Well, for the 3840x2160 HiDPI use case with non-8K displays M4 is not an ideal choice right. Let's hope Apple will fix this, as many, especially ultrawide users are not happy about this, as it feels like a downgrade compared to M3 Pro/Max.
