Duplicated left side of "screen" in one of my monitors

I have a 2 monitor (LG 27") and Macbook pro setup, and love better display. Works great most of the time, but I had to stop using it because of this issue. It is inconsistent, but it usually happens after waking from sleep.

I'm not sure what you would call this, but hoping this can help troubleshoot. It essentially cuts a monitor in half and duplicates the left side of the monitor. (I can't see the right side). It only does it on one monitor, and as soon as I kill Better Display, everything works fine. But if I start up BD again, it does this again.

What app features are you using exactly, how are the app and displays configured?

Not sure how best to describe the app features i'm using since there are what feels like hundreds of checkboxes throughout the app. Is there a plist or settings file somewhere?

Also, I did not try resetting the app, but safe mode does indeed stop the problem.

Also, something else to note, when better display starts, it does "Power cycle" if you will, the monitor with the issue. It goes black and comes up with the double screen. Can you point me in the direction of the settings files? I can try some troubleshooting by resetting and then comparing to see which setting might be causing an issue.
