Yes, I don't think you can overclock the built-in display. You can of course create custom timings for external displays. |

From what I've read online, refresh rate overclocking is no longer possible on Macs since the switch to Apple Silicon (because of limitations to the display controller), but is this really the full story? Imagine if it were possible to make a Macbook Air run at 75hz or even 120hz, that would be a dream!
