the monitor wakes up for a long time, is not detected, uses a low resolution

hi.

1. The problem. If i disconnect the monitor connected via the hub, wait 30 seconds and reconnect, the external monitor starts to connect and disconnect cyclically to macbook.

2. The problem. sometimes the external monitor is connecting in low resolution and is not identified as: name, model, etc.

3. The problem. Sometimes, when reconnecting, I get a black screen with no errors or messages.

Macbook air m1 is used as an secont display
Redmi 34 monitor is used as the main display

Try new HDMI cable. I had the reconnect issue on my M4 PRO. New cable sort it out.

If it does not help, try different monitor to exclude it as well.
