I've seen the request already in older posts, and I know you're working on it. But having presets would make this app the greatest.
Switching to night mode and different brightness levels on all screens with one button would be great.

Yes, this is always near the top of my list to do. :)

Meanwhile you can use macOS Shortcuts and the actions provided by BetterDisplay to configure the app in a way that is suitable for an activity.

For example here is a simple workflow I sometimes use for a "HDR Movie" mode:
