Hi there - yes, you can increase the brightness further under More Options / Color Adjustment. Use the gain slider (lightening symbol). The BetterDisplay max. XDR upscaling brightness is carefully calibrated so white saturation does not suffer even slightly, but generally you can squeeze out some more brightness if you don't care about accuracy that much. An other thing you can do is to further customize the upscaling is to enable |

Let me know about the results you find best, just curious. I have a 14" MBP myself and can check your settings if white saturation is still ok. For best results and consistency it is best practice to disable the ambient light sensor (the "Automatically adjust brightness" option in System Preferences/Display). Results also might differ depending on using the MPB on battery or power source connected if you have the option to slightly dim the screen enabled on battery. |

Hi team im new here and I had question.
It seems as though Vivid app has a higher brightness than what is available with BetterDisplay. I'm not quite sure if there's a setting that can make it a bit higher? Can anyone confirm if im wrong?
I want to make sure it isn't a profile display difference, i really like that better display has this option but can't ignore that vivid seems a bit brighter from where im sitting.
Device: MacBook M1 Pro 14"
