Feature request: add ability to STOP the non-focused monitors from dimming their menubar

In a multi-monitor setup, its annoying for me the fact that the non-focus monitor, its menu bar dims when you are on the other screen. This makes (for instance) reading the time on my laptop screen (which is close) really hard.

if this is a small toggle to add, i would be ever so appreciative.

Hmm. I am not sure if this is possible without modifying macOS internals as this seems to be an ingrained "feature". :/
