Notification daemon functionality planned for wayle? #31

I am curious about the planned features on Wayle, particularly noting the Notifications Panel under Dropdown Interfaces and Notifications under Additional Features. I am not really sure what it means or how it will be implemented, so I would like to ask for clarification if it would be accurate to say that wayle is planned to have notification daemon functionality similar to others like mako, dunst, and Sway Notification Center (swaync)? |

Yes, wayle already has a service (wayle-notification) that will help the shell register as a notification daemon. So it will handle notifications natively without external dependencies. |
