Changes in audio device not being noticed

Description

After adding a audio device(connecting a bluetooth headset), the audio modules do not recognize the new device until the panel is reloaded, might this be an error with not subscribing to certain pipewire events?

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a change in audio devices(ex. adding a bluetooth device)
2. Look in the "volume" module for the new(or now missing) device
3. Device list has not been updated

Expected behavior

Devices are updated when expected

This could be a feature request or bug report as I do not know how the volume and microphone modules interact with pipewire's api(s)
