Description

We need to restore MITRE ATT&CK functionality incrementally. The first step will be to add the Intelligence and Framwork tab.

Tasks:

1. Re-enable the API layer.
2. Rebuild dashboards without relying on the previous enrichment pipeline.
3. Feed MITRE data from:
   • Findings (Sigma rules)
