Propagate repository bumper functionality from 4.13.0 through 6.0.0

We need to propagate the repository bumper development from the 4.13.0 branch to all subsequent branches.

Tasks

• Migrate and adapt changes from the 4.13.0 branch to:
  • 4.13.1 - Bump from 4.13.0 to 4.13.1 #1110
  • 4.14.0 - Bump from 4.13.0 to 4.14.0 #1112
  • main (5.0.0) - Bump from 4.13.0 to main #1113
  • 6.0.0 - Bump from 4.13.0 to 6.0.0 #1114

Note

This action should be performed for every branch from version 4.13.0 onward.
If the repository is intended to be used with a version later than 4.13.0, the functionality should be implemented in accordance with the specified requirements and restrictions (Script + CI).
