Support for epoch list

Gearman job server has an option to send epoch task - this task will be scheduled.

Here someone added support for this type of jobs / tasks in php lib version 1.1.12 - https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=64120

This issue is connected with my second one - #56, because column when_to_run is used to store data about the time when the task will be executed.

I know this is almost two years later, but it should be noted that gearmand does not really support this feature, AFAIK. Yes, it's in the PROTOCOL document, but it was never actually implemented properly. Refer to gearman/gearmand#101 for details. PRs welcome. If you use the Perl Gearman server, I think it supports this feature? Not sure, just going by what someone said....
