Sticky table headers & columns

Add feature to position table header & certain columns as sticky

Feature primarily for use in semwise results view

Expected:
Outlined rows/columns should always be visible

Following features can also be implemented -

• Highlight the clicked row/column so that it can be distinguished easily
• Hide selected rows & columns
