The customer registration feature is not working properly #41

Description of the issue:
When clicking on the registration button having the "I am a customer" radio button selected, registration does not work and an error is seen on the console screen. However, it works fine when the user selects the "I am a vendor" button first and then selects "I am a customer" back.

To reproduce:
Navigate to the My Account page and try signing up as a customer.
Expected behavior
Users should be able to register as a customer without having to select the "I am a vendor" button first and then switching back to "I am a customer".
