Saving bug

Im building a Post Form using the free version of your plugin. i added the "Image upload" field earlier but when i try to do that again on the same form, it doesn't allow the Save. When i try with other fields like the "Text" one i don't have this problem that im having with the Image Upload field. Can you please help me 'cause i need to get through this as soon as possible.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the "Image Upload" field. You mentioned "Image Upload," but just to confirm, are you referring to the regular "Image Upload" field or the "Featured Image" field? Please note that a form can only have one "Featured Image" field, but it should support multiple "Image Upload" fields without any issue.

If it really is "Image Upload" field, there might be a conflict with another plugin or theme. Let's do a conflict test to be confirmed.

1. Please deactivate all plugins except the WP User Frontend and WP User Frontend Pro.
2. Use a default theme such as twenty-twenty.
3. Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache. Then try again.

If you're still getting that problem, please contact our support so that we can check it in every possible way.

Hi, thank you for your reply.
I’ve carefully followed all the steps you suggested:
• Deactivated all other plugins (only WP User Frontend active)
• Switched to a default theme (Twenty Twenty-Five)
• Cleared both site and browser cache
• Even tried reinstalling WP User Frontend from scratch

The problem still persists: when I add an “Image Upload” field and click “Save Form,” the form doesn’t save the new field.
No error message is shown, but the form reloads without keeping the added field.

I also tested creating a brand new form with just one “Image Upload” field — the same issue occurs.
Text or textarea fields save correctly, only “Image Upload” fields fail.

It looks like a reproducible bug in the current release (not related to plugins or theme).
Could you please confirm if this issue is already known or scheduled for a fix in an upcoming version?
I can provide console logs or a screen recording if that helps.

We tested, but cannot reproduce the bug. It seems a site specific issue. Please contact our support with a staging site, so that we can check it in every possible way.
