Description: We have identified an issue with the GeoIP functionality in weMail. The current GeoIP database appears to be outdated, leading to an IP mismatch. We understand that GeoIP databases are purchased, and it's crucial to keep them up-to-date for accurate location information.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Enable GeoIP functionality in weMail.
• Observe location data for various IP addresses.
• Identify instances where the location information is mismatched or inaccurate.

Expected Behavior:
The GeoIP functionality should provide accurate and up-to-date location information for the given IP addresses.

Actual Behavior:
Due to an outdated GeoIP database, the location information is mismatched or inaccurate for certain IP addresses.
