Next release with Node 20

First of all, thank you to the maintainers and community for making this great tool! With that said, I suspect many others also want to get rid of the concerning warning below.

The following actions use a deprecated Node.js version and will be forced to run on node20: wearerequired/lint-action@v2.3.0. For more info...

I see the upgrade is already on master 👍 and there are failing tests 🙈.

Is there a plan for the next release?
