Rather than:
git pushflux reconcile kustomization --with-source flux-system
We could just do a git push! And the github webhook would trigger an update in the cluster.

We'd need to add a webhook for each cluster we create I guess, this requires admin on https://github.com/weaveworks/clusters-config afaiui
