Right policies at the right time

An enterprise will have multiple K8s clusters with multiple namespaces. A K8s application is built up with a number of micro services. Each micro service will bin in a Git repo.

Different Policies will need to be applied to different combinations at different points during the SDLC.

Duplication of policy definitions should be avoided to prevent a maintenance nightmare.

What mechanism are under consideration to handle these scenarios?
