explorer: filtering experience when filters have 100s of terms

Explorer now supports filtering over some of the object schema fields.

This ticket to design and implement the experience for the user when the filters have 100s of terms and we need to
somehow to limit the experience.

Some possible strategies

1. to show all
2. to do not show all but add search dialog to find terms
3. to rank by popularity and show up to X terms by filter
