The MTU assertion is broken in 700_status_and_report_2_test.sh #2763

Description
The default MTU was lowered from 1410 to 1376. The test case of 700_status_and_report_2_test.sh which expects mtu=1410 in the weave status connections didn't catch the change and as a consequence, the test case does not fail.
