Use `alpha_param` instead of `alpha` in hybrid query

A recent core PR: weaviate/weaviate#10553, deprecates alpha in queries in favour of alpha_param. This will allow clients to make hybrid queries with an unset alpha param thereby using the server-side default without needing to set theirs explicitly
