Developer mode in Window 10- Extensions are not able to install in chronos app

## Expected Behavior
Should be able to view redux extension to view state management and other react plugins.

## Actual Behavior
In developer mode not able to add extensions

## Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Open the chronos app in window 10
