Results collection from Edge interrupted by Sauce Labs outage #660

Description
On Friday 2019-06-21, at about 12:00 EDT, seventeen collection attempts failed with the same error message:
wptrunner.browsers.sauce.SauceException: Sauce Connect Proxy was not ready after 45 seconds
Sauce Labs reports an incident for today in its "US West" data center, and that was co-incident with the errors in results collection. I don't think any further action is required from this project. Please note that due to the severity of this interruption, we will not recover results for the Edge browser today.
