"Browser-specific instructions" Currently has a TOC tree right below its title. Currently it looks like this:

But that looks wrong, because it looks like some of the "WebKitGTK MiniBrowser" and "WPE WebKit MiniBrowser" subheaders show up as a root level headers.

It looks something like this instead:
