Unable to run WebNN suite via https://wpt.live/tools/runner/index.html - browser remains stuck on test manifest message #59625

(Apologies if this isn't the right place to report this- please redirect me as necessary.)

I was trying to manually run some of the WebNN conformance tests via: https://wpt.live/tools/runner/index.html

My normal process to enter /webnn in the Run tests under path text box and check the Use regular expression and Show output boxes, and that would usually be enough to cause the Count of matching tests value to increment. I could generally then start running tests shortly thereafter.

What ends up happening now is that the browser remains stuck on this page:
