🛠️ Quick Start

yarn install
yarn dev

Drop your data into /input:

• input/backup.sql — WordPress database dump
• input/uploads/ — media files (keep WordPress year/month structure)

Set Sanity credentials in .env.local:

NEXT_PUBLIC_SANITY_PROJECT_ID=...
NEXT_PUBLIC_SANITY_DATASET=...
SANITY_API_WRITE_TOKEN=...
