Pico has doesnt't show green LED when wired to the 3v3 pin

I've come across a weird issue when trying to install Picoboot on a DOL-001 USA region GameCube. I am using the original wiring diagram, the pico doesn't get power from the 3V3 connection and just boots to the stock bios. I then wired to the 5V to VSYS pin and get picoboot to boot once but powering off the GameCube just boots back to the stock bios. I've done at least 30 prior installs without any major issues before and this one is stumping me. I'm at a loss for what to do next.

Hey. Do you happen to use a HDMI adapter? Can you test with analog cables?

I figured out the issue as it was the internal power board in the console. I swapped it out with one I had in my parts box and the console boots fine into Swiss. Wasn’t the HDMI adapter and works well with both analog and digital adapters. If you want to add to the troubleshooting section that if you have tried wiring the 3v3 or 5V connection and it still doesn’t boot into Swiss, it may be the power board that isn’t working properly.
