Student view shows incorrect milestone dates

Probably due to some UTC conversion stuff.
For example, if you make a new milestone due on 1/8, it shows up as due 1/7.

We can work around this by setting the due date as +1 day in the future

Where are you seeing these issues? Mine look good on dev and prod?

in the admin UI, i set the due date to Thursday 1/9, in order to compensate for the issue

Can you try running that branch and seeing if it performs as expected?

Should we add a time to this? If the assignment is due wednesday, does that mean any time wednesday?

this is still an issue, since the icons are still messed up (might show "late" icon before due date has occured)
