WoT server for Raspberry Pi / camera seems to be down

Hi,

It looks like the WoT server used in the Raspberry Pi & WoT camera exercises is currently unreachable.

Is the server permanently down? If so, is there an updated URL, local alternative, or recommended way to practice the exercises?
