Can't create Profile for X with --headless flag

If I try to make a X.com Login it's not working with the --headless flag (seems to be version independent, tested: 1.81, 1.6.4 same result - see screenshot); Xwitter returned:
"Could not log you in now. Please try again later. g;176042983202787660:-1760429848517:2isjWRUgCkKriQCOEe03nhMp:1"

If I remove the --headless Flag from my createProfile docker start command I can login in and create a Profile

seems like it was only a temporal problem, today it was working again

This week I needed to generate the X profile first without --headless locally (from the server with no screen it was not working) then I moved the profile to the server opened it again with --headless flag and it was working
But still the problem seems to exist and have something to do with the --headless flag
