Add a search field for adding properties

Similar to what the input box on https://chromestatus.com/metrics/feature/timeline/popularity/4193 et al allows.
This basically needs to fetch https://chromestatus.com/data/blink/featureprops and then autocomplete based on that.

This avoids going to that page and copy-pasting the feature ids
