Create Coding Guidelines

Create guidelines affecting the style of the code including: 
- function names
- camel or snake case
- arrow functions yes/no
- ...

We maybe want to setup eslint for this (I'll leave eslint open for discussion).
In case it's needed we can followup or discuss this issue within a discussion
