Having the option to save instant.io as a webapp. This could allow downloading without having a tab always opened in safari

This is possible, but the following components need to be added:

• PWA manifest
• <meta name="apple-mobile-web-app-capable" content="yes"> tag, for iOS installability
• iOS splash screen, similar to Crossnote, to avoid lower quality UX when PWA is removed from memory on older devices
• iOS icon for home screen (needs to be either 180x180 or 360x360 for support, 360x360 preferably)
• service worker (for Chromium Android and Desktop install support)
• AppScope catalog registration
• an index.html file people can actually find and edit (extremely important)
• PWA install prompt (for iOS, use workaround, due to missing support)
• P2P updates (optional, would help improve user experience)
  I hope that, within the next few months, instant.io becomes a PWA.
