ci: add GitHub Actions build workflow and disable compose build feature

- Add `.github/workflows/build.yml` to automate Android builds (APK/AAB) with optional signing and deployment to an external repository.
- Disable Jetpack Compose build feature in `app/build.gradle.kts`.
- Update `.idea/misc.xml` project configuration.
