Can we just use a pre-trained model to predict binding affinity?

If I have the PDB files for the antigen and antibody, then can I just run a pre-trained model directly to predict the binding affinity?

Hi Tony, sorry that I just noticed this. AEV-PLIG is mainly for binding affinity prediction for protein-ligand (small molecule) binding complexes, so I don't expect it to be readily applicable to antibody-antigen interaction prediction.
