Bold and others don't show up

Windows system, some shows up like
Work sans
Work sans black and etc.

But Work sans bold doesn't show up in Windows 10 system.

Work sans bold show up inside Mac.
Software: Word, Excel, InDesign and etc.

On Widows the Bold and Italic are accessed with the B and I buttons.
Select Work Sans, and the press the B (Bold) button.

It is the same with other fonts.
Look at Arial for an example.
