Integrate Transfer Guard Into WNS

Goal

Integrate Token Guard Protocl into WNS.

Strategy

• In the mint instruction instead of setting up WEN royalty distribution as the transfer hook activate transfer guard.
• Default to a guard managed by WNS community which is a deny list of known protocols that do not respect royalties.

Requirements

• Create another instruction for WNS transfer_guard_setup
• Register transfer guard as the transfer hook CPI protocol
• Accept a guard and set in the extra account meta list
