The number of exported b/y - ions is incorrect.

Hi,

When I select "Export Reports (All)", in the exported report, the spectrum NGN2_87924.33474.33474.4 File: "NGN2_87924.raw", NativeID: "controllerType=0 controllerNumber=1 scan=33474" contains 1 b-ion, 3 y-ions, and 0 by-pairs. However, when I select "Export Reports (Selected)", the same spectrum in the exported report has 0 b-ions, 1 y-ion, and 0 by-pairs. What could be the reason for this?

Thanks for reporting it. I think it was because of the tolerance difference I used. I will fix it later.
