Completes the implementation of creator categories and tags system, including component fixes, tests, and E2E coverage as specified in issue #70.

- ✅ Updated TagCloud to properly display tag counts
- ✅ Fixed TagBadge variant usage in creator profile page
- ✅ Added missing TagWithCount import in API service
