React to any key using wildcard

Is there way to configure triggerhappy to launch command when any key is pressed?
Idealy in such way the global command is executed as well as the commands for individual keys?

Eg.: in adition to functions of individual buttons i would like to call script which will blink LED or beep each time any of the keys is pressed.
