Any way to have the frosted glass without the embossing?

I love the frosted background look but the embossing to me feels like My First Photoshop 2005, is there a way to have one without the other?

Hi. There are two ways only at the moment;

1. Digging into the YAML and manually delete it
2. Downloading an older version of the theme (which I do not suggest)

Based on the feature request I could add it to the theme manager as a toggle but can't promise it's gonna be now or in 3 months due to lack of time.
