missing RAG system #4

How can we reproduce the results from supplementary table S16? Is there code available for using RAG?
Alternatively, I tried using ProTrek on the published server for protein B4T945 ( as in the supplementary table S16) and did prediction from seq to seq, seq to struct, struct to seq and struct to struct but none of these yielded the proteins listed in the table in the top 10 results. I increased the results to top 30 and still did not receive any of them in the results. I assume I am doing something wrong - can you provide step-by-step instructions on how to use ProTrek for the RAG ?
