Regarding training set construction

Hello! I want to know how do you handle data in Swiss-Prot that lacks corresponding PDB structure files?
Do you supplement the missing structures using structure prediction tools like AlphaFold2 (AF2) or directly discard the data without structure files?

All our structure files are sourced from AlphaFold database. We didn't use structures from PDB.
