Analytics support

Need a way to support Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics or any custom analytics.

Should probably be an include, and/or exposed via a config.yml varaible like analytics: true/google/adobe/custom with a default of false/off

Yes it should. I intended to bring over the approach used on the canada-ca/design-system-systeme-conception. But haven't had time with priorities of end of fiscal syphoning all of my time.
